The meetings will all take place at the University of the Nations in the Lokahi Building (below the Cafeteria) room #127, except for Friday morning where we will be at King’s Mansion.
Housing will be at the Go Center at the University of the Nations.

Dates:
- Starts with Dinner at 6pm on Thursday July 2nd
- Ends with Breakfast on Monday July 6th
Cost: (Incl. Admin, Food, Housing, Transportation)
- Adults (12 y.o. and up): US$170
- Children (5-11 y.o.): US$85
- Toddlers (0-4 y.o.): Free
Note: All bed linens and towels are provided with the room.
Daily rate for local attendees (Admin, Lunch & Dinner)
- Adults (12 y.o. and up): US$10/meal
- Children (5-11 y.o.): US$5/meal
- Toddlers (0-4 y.o.): Free
Extra Days
UPDATE (05/18/2026) – There is NO MORE ROOMS available BEFORE JULY 2nd. If you arrive before July 2nd, please find your own housing, sorry!
Please leave no later than July 8th. Housing will only be provided until this date. If you want to stay longer, you’ll need to find your own housing.
Food will only be provided for the dates of the event (from July 2nd dinner until July 6th breakfast). So if you come earlier and/or leave later than the event dates, you’ll be responsible for your own meals (no kitchen available on campus).
